Michael Lopian, founding partner at law firm Lopian Wagner, has advised a Manchester-based private property consortium on the £3 million purchase of the primary distribution centre for figleaves.com – one of the world’s largest online seller of branded lingerie and swimwear. The state-of-the-art centre is based at a 56 321 sq ft building in Haverhill, Suffolk.

With an annual turnover of £25 million, figleaves.com ships to over 70 countries around the world, and was recently named the 31st fastest growing online retailer by Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, in addition to winning the accolade of UK Retail Week Online Retailer of the Year in 2005.

Lopian Wagner - which has accrued significant expertise in handling major property deals over its 25 year history - is carving a particular niche for handling local, national and international deals on behalf of North West private consortia.
