Nicola Bateman has become a Partner with Lopian Wagner. Nicola joined Lopian Wagner in 2001 and specialises in Commercial Conveyancing. Despite the recession Nicola has managed to actually increase her workload which bucks the national trend.

Nicola has recently acted for the vendor in the recent sale of Manchester City’s Souvenir Shop and Museum which was completed a couple of weeks ago for a sum in excess of £5m.

The Partners of Lopian Wagner who are United fans were particularly pleased about this transaction but commented that the Museum must be extremely small and bereft of any silverware whatsoever!
