A founding partner of Lopian Wagner, Michael has over 25 years’ experience working in the areas of commercial property, company law and traded endowment policies.

Michael graduated with LLB (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University (formerly Manchester Polytechnic) in 1977 and qualified in 1980. In 1982 he entered a partnership with Anthony Wagner to form Lopian Wagner Solicitors, since then, overseeing a period of dynamic and continued growth.
